Other Resources & Contacts
Recognizing that benefits are one aspect of what Pfizer provides to support you and your loved ones, remember these additional resources, both internal and external to Pfizer, are available.
Accommodations and Supports
Colleagues at Pfizer have access to a variety of reasonable accommodations or support if they are living with disabilities and/or neurodivergence. We proudly keep up to date with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and professional standards and engage in thoughtful dialogue to identify the best solution to a person’s specific needs in both the application period and during employment. Some of our many accessibility services and resources are listed on our Disability and Neurodiversity Hub.
For more information about requesting an accommodation, visit Fuse.

Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) and Other Support
At Pfizer, we have many CRGs you can get involved in, including the Disability CRG. The mission of our Disability CRG is to change lives by providing opportunities, support, and community for colleagues with disabilities and caregivers. Access the local U.S. chapter.
Pfizer also has a Neurodiversity Colleague Council with the mission to establish a safe and inclusive space for neurodiverse colleagues and their families – fostering an educational environment where they are seen, heard, valued, respected, and empowered.
You can self-Identify your Disability Status in Workday using the View Profile feature. Using Self-ID ensures that Pfizer’s strategies, programs, resources, and benefits are as inclusive as they can be to ensure equity and inclusion for all colleagues.
Access a range of Digital Assistive Technologies, including personalization & setup of Screen Readers, Screen Magnification, Text to Speech, Captions, Dictation, Voice Enhancement, and Foot Pedals. Visit Fuse for more information.
